Makes 6 popsicles
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 6 lemons)
- 6 cups water
- 3 bags ginger tea
- Combine the sugar and 3 cups of water in a large saucepan. Stirring occasionally, heat until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Let cool.
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and brew three bags of ginger tea per its instructions. Let it cool.
- Add the brewed ginger tea to the lemonade and stir well. Divide mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, run under hot water for 15 seconds to loosen the popsicle from the mold.
